Customizing Your Dashboard

Your DXT360 dashboard is fully customizable, allowing you to add, remove, rearrange, and configure widgets based on your unique business needs. Whether you’re tracking campaign performance, monitoring media coverage, or analyzing sentiment trends, you can organize your dashboard in a way that ensures quick access to the most relevant insights.

With a combination of widget customization and flexible layout options, you can personalize the way data is displayed, making your reporting experience more intuitive and efficient. Moreover, the drag & drop feature lets you seamlessly adjust the positioning of dashboard elements, ensuring that key metrics are always at your fingertips.

Adding a Widget to Your Dashboard

You can add a new widget by clicking the 'Add Widget' button located in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Then, browse and select widgets that display key data insights. You have the option to either use pre-configured widgets or customize them by modifying settings like data sources, visualizations, and filters. After selecting widgets, click ‘Confirm’ to proceed.

Configuring Widget Settings

After selecting a widget, you can customize how it appears and what data it displays.

You can configure:

• Widget Name – Defines how the widget is labeled on your dashboard.
• Metrics – Select the data points you want to track.
• View Type – Choose how data is visualized (e.g., chart, table, map).
• Grid Size – Control the widget’s size on the dashboard.

Selecting Data Sources

Next, choose where the widget pulls data from:

1. Select one or more Campaigns or Tags as the data source.
2. The widget will automatically populate using the selected sources.
3. You can combine multiple campaigns or tags to view aggregated insights.

Click the ‘Confirm’ button to continue, the selected widgets will be displayed on your dashboard.

Rearranging Your Dashboard with Drag & Drop

You can easily customize your dashboard layout using drag and drop. Click and hold any dashboard card to activate the feature, then move it to your preferred position. This allows you to highlight the insights that matter most and tailor the layout to your workflow. Your changes are saved automatically, so your dashboard stays exactly as you arranged it—even after you log out. The same drag-and-drop interaction also applies when rearranging widgets within your dashboard.

Each user's dashboard order is saved individually, meaning your customizations won’t impact other team members. Additionally, any newly created dashboards will always appear at the top by default, but you can easily rearrange them to fit your preferred structure.
