Using the DXT360 Dashboard: A Complete Guide

The DXT360 Dashboard is the heart of your data management within the platform. It allows you to monitor, analyze, and visualize your campaign performance effortlessly. This guide will walk you through all the core components and functionalities of the dashboard to help you optimize your experience.

Main Navigation: Easy Access to Key Sections

The left sidebar contains the main navigation menu for accessing different sections of DXT360 Analytics. These include:

• Search: Run quick and efficient keyword searches across historical campaign data to filter and find relevant insights. You can also generate new campaigns directly from the search results.
• Library: Access and manage pre-built campaign resources, including campaigns, dashboards, widgets, reports, and tags, to streamline data tracking and analysis.
• My Data: Access and manage your raw data to perform detailed analysis, track campaign performance, and gain valuable insights from mentions, labels, and metrics across your selected campaigns.
• Reports: View, create and manage custom reports based on your campaign data to analyze performance, track trends, and share valuable insights with your team or stakeholders.
• Exports: Export your campaign data and reports in various formats for seamless sharing with your team and external stakeholders.

Dashboard Inventory: Organize Your Data Visualizations

The dashboard inventory displays all dashboards that you’ve created or have been assigned to you. As an account admin, you can view all dashboards within your account. Non-admin users, however, will only see the dashboards they’ve been granted access to.

• Create New Dashboards: Click '+ Add New Dashboard' to start fresh with a new view of your campaign data.
• Edit Existing Dashboards: You can easily edit any of your existing dashboards by choosing the 'Manage Dashboard' under the kebab menu (⋮) next to each dashboard’s name.
• Organize Widgets: Within each dashboard, you can organize and manage widgets, which display data in graphical formats like charts, tables, and graphs, by simply using drag and drop.

You are allowed to customize your campaign's dashboard. Fine-tune the data displayed by selecting specific 'Sources' to filter the content according to your needs. The 'Period' filter allows you to customize the time frame for the data displayed, while the 'Search Keyword' field enables you to apply specific keyword searches across the selected data sources. Easier widget organization and positioning lets you effortlessly drag and drop widgets to arrange them as you prefer. To edit a widget’s details, simply click the kebab menu (⋮) next to it and select 'Manage Widget'.
