Activating Your Campaign / Checking Campaign Status

Before you start reading this article, please make sure you’ve completed all steps in Creating a New Campaign in DXT360.

Campaign activation marks the start of data collection in DXT360. After you click the ‘Confirm’ button on the campaign configuration page, the system initiates the data population process and automatically activates the campaign once the process is finished.

Checking & Understanding Campaign Statuses

Each campaign in DXT360 has a status that reflects its current lifecycle stage. You can quickly filter campaigns by status using the status dropdown in the Campaign Library (e.g. All Status, Active, Inactive, Draft, Backdating, Failed).

Understanding what each status means helps you manage campaigns more efficiently and avoid data gaps.

All campaigns you create are stored in the 'Campaign Library’, where you can:

• View and edit campaigns: Access detailed campaign configurations and make updates when needed.
• Modify campaign settings: Update parameters such as tags, sources, keywords, and filters directly from the library.
• Delete unused campaigns: Remove campaigns that are no longer needed to keep your workspace organized.
• Monitor campaign status: Track each campaign’s current status (Active, Inactive, Draft, Backdating, or Failed) and review key details such as selected sources and platforms.
