AI Report in DXT360 has been enhanced to unify AI Generated Report (AI Summary) and Custom Report under one streamlined module.
This update allows you to:
- Generate one-time AI Report from my data (Updated version)
- Schedule recurring AI Report (New)
- Manage all reports from one unified interface (New)
- Choose AI Report template before generation (New)
The goal is to simplify workflows, improve discoverability, and support automated reporting at scale.
| What’s New? |
| New AI Report Templates |
AI Report now supports three templates:
| Previously, you could generate an AI Report directly with the default Campaign Performance output. Now, before generating the report, you must first select which report template you want to use. The template you choose will determine the structure and final output of your AI Report. |
| Unified Report Section in Library & Report menu |
You will now see tabbed navigation inside the Report Library:
Both report types are grouped in one section so you can manage everything from one place. Note: The AI Report tab is only visible if the AI Feature is activated. |

AI Report Statuses Recurring AI Reports appear in the Report Table and may display the following statuses:
| Editing Capability |

| What You Can Edit |
You can edit all narrative (text-based) elements in the AI Report, including:
In other words, anything that is descriptive and text-based can be adjusted. This means you can humanize the summary, simplify the language, add business context, highlight strategic points, or tailor the messaging for executives, clients, or internal teams — while the underlying data, charts, and metrics remain unchanged. |
You can adjust AI-generated wording to:

| What You Cannot Edit |
To preserve data accuracy, the following elements are not editable:

| These elements are automatically generated based on your filtered dataset and cannot be modified manually. This prevents accidental data distortion and ensures reporting consistency. |
| Editing Behavior & Session Control |

To prevent conflicts:
| If a user closes the browser or refreshes the page during editing, any unsaved changes will be discarded automatically. |
