Instead of relying on account-level settings, the platform captures your individual Role and Objective to tailor AI-powered outputs specifically for you. This ensures that features like Insight Summary, Label Recommendation, Keyword Recommendation, and DAX deliver more relevant and actionable insights based on your needs.
With this setup, you can personalize AI insights based on your role and goals, receive more relevant recommendations across the platform, and follow a guided setup through onboarding or Smart Setup. You can also update your preferences anytime, so your insights stay aligned with your evolving needs.
How It Works Onboarding for New Users/Admins When you log in for the first time, you will go through a guided onboarding flow designed to help you set up your workspace and personalize your experience. For Admin:

Smart Setup for Existing Users If you are an existing user and haven’t set your preferences yet, you will be guided through a Smart Setup Modal to complete your profile. This appears as a modal right after login, ensuring you can quickly define your Role and Objective without disrupting your workflow.
You may click “Skip for now” if you prefer to complete it later. The system will still guide you with a reminder indicator in your profile settings, so you can easily update your preferences anytime. |
