Logging into DXT360 Analytics

Accessing DXT360 Analytics is simple and designed to get you into your workspace quickly. Whether you're managing campaigns, tracking your brand’s performance, or monitoring sentiment across channels, the DXT360 Analytics app is just a click away after logging into the platform.

Log In to DXT360 Platform

Begin by logging in to the main DXT360 platform using your registered email and password. Read Logging in to DXT360 for a step-by-step guide to sign in to the DXT360 platform.

Once logged in, you’ll arrive at the DXT360 homepage, where you can access all available applications assigned to your account.

Open DXT360 Analytics App

After logging in, locate the DXT360 Analytics application tile. Then, click the “Open App” button to launch the Analytics interface.

You can also access a detailed overview of the DXT360 Analytics application by clicking “See Details”.

You will then be redirected to the overview page where you can see a quick introduction to the app, including:

• A description of what DXT360 Analytics is designed to do
• Preview images of the dashboard and campaign creation interfaces
• A list of key features such as creating campaigns, building dashboards, customizing widgets, and generating reports

From this page, you can also click Open App to launch DXT360 Analytics and start working with your data.

What Will You See After You Log In

Once inside the app, you’ll have access to features based on your user permissions.

• Dashboard: Your central workspace for monitoring, analyzing, and visualizing campaign performance in one place.
• Search: Quickly search across historical data to filter mentions, uncover insights, and even create new campaigns from your search results.
• Library: Access and manage all your saved assets—campaigns, dashboards, widgets, reports, and tags—to keep your work organized.
• My Data: Explore and manage raw mentions to analyze sentiment, labels, metrics, and channel performance across your selected campaigns.
• Reports: View, create, and manage custom or AI-generated reports to track performance, identify trends, and share insights with your team.
• Exports: Download your campaign data and reports in various formats for offline analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
