Manage Tags

🔧 Improvements & Changes
Bell Notification when Campaign Status Changes

The system now ensures that campaign creators receive real-time notifications via the bell notification icon for below actions/changes:
  1. Campaign Creation: Notification will be sent when a campaign is successfully created.
  2. Status Changes: Notifications are triggered for the following status changes:
    • Active → Inactive / Deleted
    • Inactive → Active / Deleted
    • Draft → Active / Deleted
    • Active → Backdated
    • Active → Inactive (Quota Exceeded)
  3. Campaign Information Updates: Notifications are sent when campaign information is updated—unless no changes are made.
  4. Campaign Deletion: Notifications sent for both single and bulk deletions.
  5. Bulk Status Changes: Notifications sent for bulk status changes (Active/Inactive/Backdated).
  6. Campaign Edits: Notifications sent for completed edits in active, inactive, and draft campaigns.

Note: Notifications are sent immediately after each action is performed.
 
Custom Report Improvement – Show Last 100 Report Logs

To maintain optimal system performance and provide users with relevant reporting data, the system now displays a maximum of the last 100 report logs for each report within the same client. See key details below:
  • The system shows up to 100 logs for each report under an account
  • If a client has multiple scheduled custom reports (e.g., Report A, B, and C), each report will maintain its own log of up to 100 entries.
  • Logs include both "Sent" and "Failed" statuses.
  • The same report logs will be visible to all roles within the account
