🔧 Improvements & Changes
Add Spokesperson Field to TV & Radio Details Page
The TV and Radio Details pages now include a dedicated Spokesperson field, making it easier to identify key individuals featured in mainstream media coverage. When spokesperson information is provided by the media source, it will be displayed directly within the details page, giving users additional context without leaving the page.
Key enhancements:
- Displays spokesperson information for TV and Radio mentions when available.
- Improves visibility of key individuals featured in mainstream media coverage.
- Keeps the interface clean by showing the field only when spokesperson data exists.
Cancel, Delete & Retry Raw Data Reports
Managing Raw Data exports is now more flexible. Users can cancel or delete reports that are still ‘Queue’ or ‘In Progress’, reducing unnecessary waiting time and allowing failed or cancelled reports to be regenerated whenever needed.

- Cancel reports that are still waiting or currently being generated.
- Delete unfinished reports to keep report queues organized.
- Retry cancelled reports without creating a brand-new request.
Raw Data Export Follows My Data Sorting
Raw Data exports now automatically follow the same ‘Sort By’ option selected in ‘My Data’, ensuring exported files match what users see on screen. This creates a more consistent reporting experience and eliminates the need for manual re-sorting after export.

AI Reports have been redesigned with new report templates and an improved generation workflow, making it easier to create, manage, and schedule AI-generated insights. The update also improves report filtering, editing, tracking, and recurring report management for a smoother reporting experience.

- Supports label-based filtering to generate insights from selected datasets only.

Reach Metrics Enhancement – Social Media Distribution Widget
The Social Media Distribution widget now provides broader reach coverage by incorporating additional social media channels while maintaining consistent data across widgets, detail views, and exports. This offers a more complete view of audience reach across platforms.

Industry-Aware LLM Sentiment Analysis
AI-powered sentiment analysis is now more contextual by automatically selecting industry-specific language models based on each campaign's industry. This improves classification accuracy across industries with different communication styles, risk factors, and customer expectations.

- Automatically routes sentiment analysis through industry-specific AI prompts.
- Improves sentiment accuracy across industries such as Government, Banking & Finance, FMCG, Entertainment, Healthcare, and more.
- Maintains existing override and fallback mechanisms while adding prompt tracking for better transparency and auditing.
Sentiment Processing Status Indicator
Posts undergoing AI sentiment analysis now display an ‘Analyzing...’ status until processing is complete. This provides better visibility into asynchronous AI processing while ensuring users clearly understand when sentiment results are still pending.
Key enhancements:
- Displays a temporary ‘Analyzing...’ status while AI sentiment processing is in progress.
- Automatically updates to the final sentiment once analysis is completed, without requiring a page refresh.
- Excludes posts that are still being analyzed from sentiment calculations until a final result is available, while applying Neutral as a fallback if processing fails.
Improved User Onboarding Flow
The onboarding experience has been refined to better distinguish between new and returning users, ensuring each user receives the appropriate setup flow. Existing users are now guided through ‘Smart Setup’, while new users continue to receive the full onboarding experience.
Key enhancements:
- Uses login history instead of user activity to accurately identify new and existing users.
- Ensures returning users receive Smart Setup instead of repeating the full onboarding process.
