🔧 Improvements & Changes
AI Insight Summary – Multilingual Support & UI Enhancements
Enhances the AI Insight Summary feature with improved layout, translation options, and transparency.
Key Enhancements:
Displays summary source and generation duration for greater transparency
Supports translation into Bahasa Indonesia, English, Thai, Malay, and Chinese
Adds translation output to emails and displays monthly quota usage in Account Usage panel
TikTok Follow Post Enhancement
The feature has been enhanced to not only collect comment data but also integrate it into relevant dashboard widgets.
Key Enhancements:
TikTok comment data now feeds into Sentiment Overview by Comment widget, providing clearer sentiment distribution for followed posts
Top Words by Comment widget is now updated with TikTok comment keywords, enriching topic discovery and content analysis
Ensures consistency between My Data and widget visualizations, aligning comment insights across views
OCR Highlighting in My Data [Beta]
Introduces visual highlighting for keywords extracted from images using OCR, making it easier for users to scan and identify relevant text within the My Data section.
Key Enhancements:
OCR-detected text is now displayed under the content description in My Data
Keywords from OCR text are visually highlighted for better visibility
Supports posts from Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Online Media on both desktop and mobile interfaces
Backdated Campaign Visibility for Inactive Accounts
Ensures backdated campaigns remain visible and recoverable even after account expiration, preventing data loss and improving continuity.
Key Enhancements:
Backdated campaigns remain visible in the dashboard even if the account expires or exceeds quota.
Campaigns automatically switch to “Inactive” status and can be reactivated after account extension.
Jobs in “Estimated” status fail if the account expires, while “Queued” or “Collecting” jobs continue as normal with tooltips indicating the reason.
Channel Tab in Trend Analysis Widget [Beta]
Allows users to compare each channel's performance within a selected period. Users can now view this data in the widget and raw export with visual clarity.
Key Enhancements:
Adds a new “Channels” tab in the Trend Analysis widget to show buzz metrics by channel.
Enables "Channels" as a metric toggle on the Manage Widget settings page.
Raw data export reflects channel-level buzz totals, aligned with advanced filter selections (e.g., only selected channels like IG, Twitter, FB will be shown).
Delta Value in Trend Analysis Widget [Beta]
The Trend Analysis widget now includes delta value to highlight performance changes over time—daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Key Enhancements:
Adds delta values in both trendline and stacked charts, visible on hover and in raw data exports.
Supports time comparisons (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) with clear color cues: green (+), red (–), and grey (0).
Fully compatible with desktop, mobile, and tablet versions for metrics like Buzz, Engagement, Likes, Comments, Shares, Reach, and more.
