DXT360 continuously processes large volumes of data in real time. Because of this, some sentiment results may take slightly longer to complete depending on the processing queue and data volume. To provide better transparency, DXT360 now includes a temporary sentiment processing status called "Analyzing..." for posts whose sentiment is still being processed by AI.

Understanding the "Analyzing..." Status Some posts may temporarily display an "Analyzing..." status before a final sentiment result becomes available. This allows you to continue exploring and reviewing related mentions even while the final sentiment result is still being processed. The status can appear in the following clickable widgets:

Verified Sentiment Icon When a post's sentiment is manually updated, DXT360 displays a Verified Sentiment icon to indicate that the sentiment has been reviewed and adjusted by a user. This feature helps distinguish manually verified sentiment from system-generated sentiment, providing greater transparency during data review and reporting. It also records the complete audit history of the sentiment change, including the original and updated sentiment values, who made the change, and when the change was made.
