The AI Insight Summary feature in DXT360 empowers you to generate instant, contextual summaries of your campaign data—using AI to help you interpret large volumes of information more effectively. Whether you’re looking for a quick overview or deeper analysis, this feature allows you to extract meaningful insights with just a click.
What is AI Insight Summary?
AI Insight Summary is a powerful feature in DXT360 that uses machine learning to analyze selected datasets from the My Data section and generate a short, contextual narrative about your campaign performance. It eliminates the need for manual analysis and helps teams make faster, data-driven decisions.
The summary is automatically generated in your account’s primary language—Thai or English—ensuring it's immediately relevant and easy to understand across different markets.
AI Insight Summary also uses a daily quota system. Each time a summary is generated, one quota will be deducted from your daily limit. If you’ve reached your limit, you won’t be able to proceed until your quota resets or is topped up.
You can monitor your quota usage through:
- The quota counter on the summary result page (top-right)
- Bell notifications during the generation process
- Your admin or account manager if quota issues arise
This system ensures fair usage across all users and aligns feature access with your subscription package.
Note: To use this feature, it must first be activated via the Admin Panel. If you don’t see it in your account, please contact your administrator.
Key Capabilities
Instant AI-Generated Summary: Generate a campaign summary with just one click—no need to export raw data or sift through mentions manually. The AI analyzes your selected dataset and delivers a concise, human-readable summary in seconds. This drastically reduces the time needed to produce insights and supports faster decision-making across teams.
Real-Time Status Indicator: Once you trigger the AI summary, a bell notification will appear in the top-right corner of the interface to keep you informed of the generation progress. This allows you to continue browsing or working within the platform while the system processes your request, and notifies you the moment the summary is ready.
Email Output & Clipboard Copy: You can easily distribute the generated summary by choosing either 'Send to Email' to instantly email the summary to yourself or team members for convenient sharing, or 'Copy to Clipboard' for quick pasting into reports, slides, chats, or emails—perfect for fast handovers or team discussions.
Context-Aware Output: The AI summary adapts based on your user role, industry, and campaign objective, producing insights that are tailored and relevant. For example, a PR Manager may receive a narrative focusing on sentiment trends and media exposure, while a Marketing Analyst may see more performance-driven observations. This personalization ensures that the summary speaks your language—both literally and strategically.

How to Access AI Insight Summary
From the main navigation panel on the left, click on the ‘My Data’ menu.
In the My Data page, make sure the dataset you want to summarize is correct. Feel free to use filters (Campaign, Tags, Labels, Data Capture Period) if needed to adjust or narrow the data—this is optional but helpful.
Then click the ‘Generate Insights’ button to start the AI Insight Summary process. The system will analyze your filtered dataset and return a contextual summary based on the selected campaigns, tags, labels, and date range.
A confirmation pop-up will appear, informing you that this action will use 1 quota from your daily limit. Click ‘Proceed’ to continue, or click ‘Cancel’ to exit without making changes.
Once the AI Insight Summary has been successfully generated, you’ll be redirected to the summary result page.
On this page, you’ll see a notification showing how many AI Insight Summary quotas you have left for the day—displayed at the top-right corner. You can also manage the generated summary using the three-dot menu, which offers multiple actions:
Edit ➡️ Make manual adjustments to the generated summary content—perfect for refining tone, adding context, or aligning with your reporting style.
Translate ➡️ Instantly translate the summary into multiple supported languages, including English, Indonesian, Thai, Chinese, and Malay, making it easier to share insights across regional teams.
Copy to Clipboard ➡️ Quickly copy the entire summary text to your clipboard for use in reports or messages/emails.
Download PDF ➡️ Export the summary as a professionally formatted PDF—ideal for attaching to presentations, distributing in meetings, or archiving offline.
Send to Email ➡️ Send the summary directly to your inbox or share it with team members—no need to download or copy manually.
