🚀 New Feature to Explore

Edit Summary – Online Media

This feature allows users to directly edit AI-generated summaries for online media posts within the platform. Edited summaries are saved at the account level and will appear in exports, clippings, and reports—empowering users to personalize insights and ensure summary relevance across teams.

Key Features:

• Users can edit summaries from the Online Media detail page with a 1000-character limit.
• Edits are reflected in custom reports, PDF clippings, and raw data exports.
• Real-time status notifications, retry options, and editing safeguards are included to ensure smooth updates.

🔧 Improvements & Changes

AI Summary – Online Media

Improves the user experience on Online Media Details by introducing a clear loading state when AI summaries are being generated and adds admin-level control via a new On/Off toggle for summary generation.

Key Enhancements:

• Displays a loading indicator while the AI summary is being processed, improving visibility during wait times.
• Adds a new On/Off control in the Admin Panel to manage AI summary activation per client.
• Sets the default summary generation status to "Off" for better admin oversight and configuration control.

TV Mode Dashboard

Introduces a large-screen-optimized display for dashboards, ideal for presentations or command centers. It supports full-screen auto-looping views, real-time data refresh, and 4K resolution, delivering a hands-free, always-updated monitoring experience.

Key Enhancements:

• Automatically scrolls through dashboard sections every 5 seconds in continuous loops.
• Refreshes dashboard data every 5 minutes with a visible countdown timer.
• Users can set one dashboard to open in TV Mode by default on every login.

Terms & Conditions Popup

A mandatory popup now appears for first-time users to review and accept the Terms of Service and Fair Use Policy before accessing the platform. This ensures legal compliance and transparent platform use, with user agreements stored and tracked by account.

Key Enhancements:

• Blocks dashboard actions until users accept the Terms and Fair Use Policy.
• The “Agree” button activates only after the user scrolls through the full content.
• Acceptance is logged at the user level, preventing repeated prompts unless policies are updated.
