Widgets in DXT360 Analytics are powerful tools designed to help you visualize, track, and analyze data across campaigns and social media channels in real-time. They provide a customizable way to monitor key metrics like engagement rates, sentiment, mentions, media impact, and competitive comparisons.
These widgets allow you to transform complex data into clear, visually engaging representations that can be embedded directly into your dashboard. This feature enables quick, data-driven decision-making. This guide will walk you through the process of using widgets, exploring the various widget types available, and providing tips on how to configure and optimize them in DXT360 Analytics.

| Navigate to the Dashboard section in DXT360 Analytics, select the dashboard that needs to be updated then click the ‘+ Add Widgets’ button to add new widget(s) to the dashboard. These widgets provide a customizable, visually engaging way to display your data. |
| The next step is to browse and select the widget(s) to be displayed. |
| You can select from 17 widgets available in our library, each widget is designed to visualize a specific type of data. Read Available Widgets and Definitions to learn more about each widget and their functions. |

After choosing the widget(s), you can either use pre-configured widgets or customize them based on your needs. To configure a widget, simply adjust its Name, select the relevant Metrics, choose the View Type, and set the Grid Size to control how it appears on your dashboard. Note: Each dashboard has a fixed limit of 20 widgets. If onboarding creates more than the limit, the quota automatically adjusts. Widget quota and usage are synced with Analytics360 and the Admin Panel, and this applies to all new and existing clients. |
| Next, select a campaign or tag as the data source, and the dashboard will populate its widgets using data from your chosen sources. You can also select multiple campaigns or tags to combine their data for a more comprehensive, aggregated view. Click Confirm to proceed. |

Once your widgets are created, they will appear on the Dashboard page. You can modify or manage any widget by clicking the kebab menu (⋮) next to it. From this menu, you can:
