DXT360 can extract text from images using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). The extracted text will appear in the Image Description field and can be used in analysis, reports, and exports.
However, accuracy may vary depending on image quality, language, and formatting. In some cases, text may be incomplete or not detected.
Can DXT360 detect logos in images or videos?
Yes, DXT360 can detect brand logos in images, videos, and other visual content using AI-based logo detection. Detected logos may be highlighted with visual indicators such as bounding boxes and labels.
This feature depends on configuration and availability, and may not be enabled for all accounts by default.
Why are some logos or text not detected in images?
Logo and text detection may not always be accurate due to limitations in image quality, resolution, or visibility. Complex backgrounds or unclear visuals can also affect detection results.
In addition, detection depends on trained data and system capability, so not all logos or text will be identified.
Where can I see OCR text or detected logos in DXT360?
