How does AI generate summaries in DXT360?

Why hasn't my AI summary been generated yet?
AI summaries are generated after the required data has been collected and processed. The generation time may vary depending on the volume of data and current system workload.
If the summary is still being processed, it will become available automatically once generation is complete.
Why is a post still showing "Analyzing"?
Some AI-powered features, such as sentiment analysis, are processed after the data has been collected. During this time, the post may temporarily display an "Analyzing" status.
The sentiment will be updated automatically once processing is complete.
How does AI determine sentiment?
AI analyzes the language and context of each mention to classify it as Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
The result is based on the available content and language model, so sentiment may occasionally differ from individual interpretation.
Can I edit AI-generated summaries?
Yes. AI-generated summaries can be edited before they are saved or included in reports.
Your edited version will be used in future reports instead of the original AI-generated content.
Can I regenerate an AI summary?
Yes. You can regenerate an AI summary to analyze the latest available data or generate a new version of the summary.
The regenerated summary will replace the previous AI-generated version unless you edit it manually.
Why is the regenerated summary different from the previous one?

Why wasn't a logo or text detected?
OCR and logo detection accuracy depends on factors such as image quality, resolution, visibility, and the available training data.
As a result, some text or logos may not be detected or may only be detected partially.
