This section explains how subscriptions and quotas work in DXT360 Analytics, including account usage, feature availability, and what happens when you reach your usage limits.
How can I check my account usage?
You can view your current account usage from the account usage page, where available. This includes information such as data usage and other applicable limits based on your subscription.
The available usage details may vary depending on your account type and enabled features.
What happens when I reach my quota limit?
Once your quota limit has been reached, some features may stop collecting or processing new data until additional quota becomes available.
The affected features and system behavior depend on your subscription plan and the type of quota that has been exhausted.
Which features are affected by my subscription plan?
Available features and usage limits depend on your subscription plan. Some capabilities may require additional modules or a higher-tier subscription.
If a feature is unavailable, please contact your account administrator or Customer Experience representative.
Why can't I access a specific feature?
Some features are only available for selected subscription plans or require activation before they can be used.
If you believe your account should have access, please contact your account administrator or Customer Experience representative.
Will creating a campaign consume my quota?
Yes. Creating a campaign starts data collection immediately, which consumes your available data usage based on your subscription.
Before confirming a new campaign, DXT360 will notify you that the action will consume quota and cannot be undone.
Does deleting a campaign restore my quota?
No. Deleting a campaign stops future data collection but does not restore quota that has already been consumed.
Quota usage reflects data that has already been collected and processed.
