This section explains how deleted data is managed in DXT360 Analytics, including campaign deletion, deleted post retention, recovery behavior, and data restoration limitations.
What happens to my data if I have deleted the campaign?
When a campaign is deleted, its associated data will no longer be accessible in the dashboard. The data is removed along with the campaign configuration.
This action cannot be undone, so it is recommended to review before deleting a campaign.
What happens if I delete a post?
Deleted posts are stored in the Deleted Posts tab under the My Data page. This section displays all deleted content grouped by channel.
You can search and review deleted posts before deciding to recover them.
How long are deleted posts stored?
Deleted posts are stored for up to 30 days after deletion. After this period, the data will be permanently removed from the system.
Once permanently deleted, the posts can no longer be recovered.
Can I recover deleted posts in DXT360?
Yes, you can recover deleted posts from the Deleted Posts section in My Data. Deleted data is stored temporarily, allowing you to restore posts back to your dashboard.
You can select one or multiple posts and recover them as long as they are still within the retention period.
Will recovering deleted posts affect my quota?
No, deleting or recovering posts does not affect your data quota usage.
These actions are handled within the system and do not count as new data collection.
How do I know if my deleted posts have been successfully recovered?
You will receive a notification in the bell icon once the recovery process is completed. The notification will show whether the recovery was successful, partially successful, or failed.
You can also view details of any failed recoveries from the notification.
Can multiple users recover deleted posts at the same time?
Recovery may partially fail if some posts cannot be restored due to system or data limitations.
In this case, you will see a mix of successfully recovered and failed posts in the result.
