Why is my data still processing?

Once processing is complete, your dashboard and reports will automatically display the latest available data.
What does the "Analyzing" status mean?
The "Analyzing" status indicates that AI processing is still in progress. During this stage, features such as sentiment analysis or AI summaries are being generated.
The status will automatically update once processing has finished.
Why is my export still in progress?
Raw data exports are generated in the background and processed based on the amount of data requested and the current system workload.
Larger exports may require additional time before they are ready to download.

Backdate processing involves estimating, queuing, and collecting historical data. The processing time depends on the selected channels, number of campaigns, and overall data volume.
The backdate job status will update automatically as each stage is completed.
